• During sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 4–5 days.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days (depending on location)

• Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS / Email / Social DM.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499 (excluding international shipping).

• For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges of ₹60–₹120 apply based on your location.

• International deliveries follow separate shipping rates.

4. Delayed Deliveries

We work with trusted courier partners. However, delays may occur due to:

• Weather disruptions

• Festive seasons or holidays

• Courier facility delays

• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations

In such situations, we’ll keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

If the provided address or contact information is incomplete or incorrect:

• Delivery may fail or get delayed

• Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee
