1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
A request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags & packaging.
Only size exchanges are allowed for most products.
Refunds are issued only as store credit, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted products
Custom-stitched or altered outfits
Accessories
Items purchased during special offers or festive deals
Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Raise your request through Instagram DM / Email / Website Form.
Return pickup will be arranged, and the product will undergo quality check (QC).
Once approved, your exchange item (correct size) will be shipped within 2–4 days.
5. Return Pickup Attempts
Our courier partner will make two pickup attempts.
If both attempts fail due to unavailability, you will be required to self-ship the product to proceed.
6. Refunds / Store Credit
Store credit will be issued within 2–5 working days after QC approval.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
No cash/online refunds unless the product delivered was defective or wrong.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
